iNDAba Edition 4 2020
The National Development Agency's role in the fight against the Covid-19 pandemic is implemented in partnership with 52 national Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) who provide poverty eradication interventions within their local communities. Through a grant funding intervention, each of the 52 CSOs has enlisted ten (10) volunteers to reach almost all districts within the country, to facilitate various programmes during the lockdown period.

Recent events publicized on the news recently once again bring the need for the protection of women and children to the fore, but truth is that this is an everyday, all year requirement. Equally, the spike in alcohol and drug usage and abuse have been reported. Alcoholism, is not only linked to negligence, but is a leading cause of violence and many other social ills.
